What people in Delhi NCR actually pay
Every rental site in India shows what landlords and brokers are asking. Those prices are usually higher than what the current tenant pays. rentncr.in shows the other side: real rents, added anonymously by the people paying them, across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
Use it to check whether a quote is fair before you negotiate, to compare areas before you move, or just to see where you stand. Adding your own rent takes about 30 seconds and helps the next person.
How the numbers work
- Zoomed out, each area shows the median rent for one size (2BHK unless you pick another), from at least 3 rents.
- Zoomed in, each pin is one rent. Its dot compares it with the median for the same size in the same locality: blue more than 15% below, grey typical, red more than 15% above. A locality needs at least 5 rents of that size before dots appear.
- Rent means monthly rent only, without maintenance, electricity or deposit.
Keeping it honest
- A rent more than 3× above or below its neighbours is held back until checked.
- Pins reported as fake by several different people are hidden automatically.
- Each network can add at most 5 rents a day, and a bot check runs on every submission.
- Rents taken from public Reddit posts are reviewed by hand and clearly labelled.
It's crowdsourced, so treat it as a guide rather than an official valuation. The more people add, the better it gets.
